To begin the enrolment process for your child at Al Sadiq College, please complete the Enrolment Application Form below. This form is the first step in securing your child’s place at our school.

Step-by-Step Guide for Completing the Application

    Click on the link below to download the Enrolment Application Form. Please ensure all sections are filled out accurately.
  • Required Documents
    Along with the completed application form, you will need to submit the following documents:

    • Children’s Birth Certificate (Commemorative Birth Certificates not accepted)
    • Passport or evidence of Australian Citizenship
    • Up-to-date Immunisation Record (from MyGov)
    • Last 3 years of school reports (or 2 years for Kindergarten enrolment)
    • NAPLAN Reports (if applicable)

Application Review and Interview

Once your application is received, we will review the documents and contact you to arrange an interview with the Principal. During the interview, we will discuss your child’s background and any specific needs.

Fees:

Please note that an administration/application fee of $100 and a non-refundable enrolment fee of $200 per child are required as part of the acceptance procedure.
